Leishem Textile Private Limited

Leishem Textile is based in Imphal West, specifically in the Heirangoithong Maibam Leikai area. We operate out of a space that’s care of Rajkumar Nongdrenkhomba Meitei. It’s a local neighborhood, very much a part of the community here in Manipur. Our work is all about textiles, and we keep it pretty simple. We don’t have a big glass building or a flashy sign out front. It’s more of a traditional setup where we manage the orders and look at the fabrics. The area around Heirangoithong is usually quiet, though you hear the local life going on around us. Our office is filled with the smell of new cloth and the sound of people talking over the day's tasks. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation; we just do our work and stay connected to our roots here. Rajkumar and the rest of the team are usually around, checking on the stock or talking to weavers. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment comes in, but we make do with the space we have. There’s always a pot of tea going, and we welcome whoever drops by to talk business. It’s a humble place, just a few rooms dedicated to the textile trade. We don’t need much more than that to keep things running smoothly and stay on top of our daily goals. Most days we are just here, going through the stacks of cloth and making sure everything is in order.
