It is a bit of a mouthful to say, but that is where we are in East Imphal. We focus on natural stuff, mostly because we are right here in the middle of the village where things grow. It is a simple place, not some polished office building. We spend most of our time out on the land or in the small shed where we process things. The weather in Manipur can be a bit unpredictable, so our schedule usually depends on that. We don't use any fancy slogans or try to act like we are bigger than we are. It is just a few of us working together to make products that we would actually use ourselves. The old Patta number changed recently to the new 132 one, but the land is still the same as it’s always been. We like the quiet life here in Lairikyengbam Leikai. Every day involves checking the crops and making sure the natural processing is going along fine. It is hard work and your hands get dirty, but that is just how it goes when you deal with the earth. We don't have a big staff, just local people from the village helping out when things get busy.
