Incote Foundation

Incote Foundation is located in the I & B Building, which is right near Keishamthong High School. We are in the Elangbam Leikai neighborhood, specifically on Leirak Achouba in Imphal West. Being so close to the school means we hear the bell ring several times a day and see the students walking past our windows. It’s a lively area of Manipur. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got a couple of rooms in the building where we handle all our foundation business. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly just plain. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of folders. Most of our day is spent coordinating projects and talking to people from the West Imphal area. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It's just a few of us who wanted to do something for the local community. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to work by the windows for light, but we don't mind much. It’s just part of living and working here. We like being in this building because it’s easy for people to find us. If you know the high school, you know where we are. We don't try to look more important than we are. We’re just here to do the work and help out where we can. It’s a simple life and a simple office.
