We are based out in Anakkara, which is in Idukki. The address is Panavilakkal Anakkara. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here if you're coming from the plains, but the air is much better. Being an institute for professional development, we spend a lot of time in our meeting rooms and at our desks. The P.O. is Anakkara-685512. It’s a quiet village vibe around here. You can hear the birds and sometimes the rain on the roof is so loud we have to stop talking for a minute. The building is a simple one, nothing fancy at all. We have some desks, a few old computers, and plenty of chairs for when we have visitors or students. It’s not the kind of place where you have to wear a suit and tie every day. We’re pretty relaxed at Steppingstone. Idukki is a beautiful place to work, even if the roads are a bit winding. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunches and chat about the day. Most of the staff are from around this area, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the training and the development work we have on our plates. It’s a steady pace of life. We like the local community and being tucked away in the hills. It’s a good spot for thinking and working without too many distractions.
