We handle building and development work around here. If you know the Edavetty area, you know it’s mostly green and hilly. That makes construction a bit different than in the flat lands. We have to deal with slopes and rocks quite often. The office is small and tucked away near the P.O. We don't spend much time inside anyway. Usually, we are out checking on the progress of some project or talking to the locals about their land. It’s a simple life and the work is hard but we like it. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just show up and do the work. Sometimes it’s just one house at a time, other times we have a few things going at once. We’ve been here in Idukki for some time and we know the local workers and suppliers well. That helps when things get stuck. We just try to be practical about how we build things.
