We are based up in Adimaly, out in the Idukki district. The office is at Polinjapalam, house number XII/592/1. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities but that suits what we do with organic products. Working out here means we deal with the local weather and the hills every day. We started this because we lived around here and saw an opening for it. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist. Usually, you’ll find one of us dealing with paperwork or checking on the inventory in the back. It is a bit of a drive to get to us in 685561 but the surroundings are nice. We don't spend much time on the internet or doing advertisements. Most of our work is just practical stuff, moving things from one place to another and talking to people in the trade. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with things to do. We just take it as it comes. Being in Idukki gives us a different perspective on how business should run. It’s more about the actual product than the packaging. We keep the doors open and just get on with the tasks at hand. It’s a small operation but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if there is a lot to catch up on. It takes a lot of effort and patience to run Samsara Organic (India) Private Limited.
