We run our operations from a quiet spot where the pace of life is a bit slower. It is not always easy doing business in the hills because transport can be a bit slow when the rains come, but we make it work. The office is just a practical space. We don't have fancy furniture or corporate art on the walls. It is mostly just shelves and some old desks. We handle our day-to-day tasks and try to keep things organized. People in the village nearby know who we are. We have been here for a bit and we have seen the seasons change many times. The name "Grace" was chosen because it felt right for the atmosphere here. Most of our work is done over the phone or through mail since we are tucked away. It is peaceful mostly. We get our work done without too much fuss. Sometimes we have to drive quite a distance just to get supplies, but that is part of being in Idukki. It is a beautiful place to have an office, even if it is a bit remote for some.
