Kmpl Foundation

Our foundation is based in Building No. 8/338, which most people know as the Thottiyil Building. We are situated in Kattappana, right near the P.O. area. It’s a beautiful part of the world up here in the hills, though the roads can be a bit winding. We aren’t a massive organization with lots of branches. We just have this one main office where everything happens. Kattappana has a very specific feel to it, and we try to reflect that in how we work. It’s slow and steady. The building we are in is quite familiar to the locals, so finding us isn't usually a problem. We have a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with whoever needs to see us. It’s not a high-tech setup, just some computers and a lot of patience. We deal with the everyday needs of the foundation from this spot. The weather can change pretty fast around here, so we spend a lot of time watching the mist come over the hills from our windows. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be some big city firm. We are just local people working in a local building. If you need to find us, just head toward the post office and look for the Thottiyil sign. We are usually inside, probably drinking some tea and going through the day's mail. It’s a simple life and we like it that way.
