We set up shop at 10/439 A in Madathil Arcade, right on Erattayar Rd. It’s a local spot where people come and go all day. Embaby General Finance India Pvt. Ltd. isn't some massive bank with marble floors. We have a counter, some chairs for people to wait in, and a few desks where we keep the ledgers and computers. The Erattayar Road area is usually bustling, and we get a lot of people dropping in to ask questions about loans or money matters. We try to keep things easy to understand for everyone. Finance can get confusing with all the rules, so we just explain it like we’re talking to a neighbor. The office is functional. We’ve got some files, a calculator that’s seen better days, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s a small team here. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. Madathil Arcade has a few other shops, so there's always something happening nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We just sit here, go through the forms, and try to help people figure out their finances without making it a big deal. It’s a steady job in a familiar place, and we’re happy to be part of the community on Erattayar Road. We keep the books straight and the door open for anyone who needs us.
