This is Kattappana Towers. We are located in building number 3040/C in Ward 17, right here in Kattappana PO, Idukki. It’s a mountain area so things move a bit slower than the big cities but that’s fine by us. We handle property and building management around this part of the district. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our records and meet people who drop by. We spend a lot of time dealing with local stuff and making sure everything is running okay with the properties we look after. It gets quite rainy here in Idukki which makes building things a challenge sometimes. We've been part of the community for a while. You can find us near the main parts of town. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the phones and the paperwork. We don't spend much on advertising because people around here already know where we are. It’s a straightforward business. We wake up, come to the office, and deal with whatever needs fixing or organizing that day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we still get the work done eventually. It’s a quiet place to work mostly. We like being in Ward 17. It feels like home to us. If you happen to be in Kattappana, you’ll see our building easily enough. We are just local people doing our jobs every day without any fuss.
