Jungle Dream Tours

Our office is located at Chrissies Hotel and Cafe, right on the Bypass Road in Thekkady. Jungle Dream Tours has been running out of this spot for a good while. Since we are based in a cafe and hotel, there is always the smell of coffee and food around, which is quite nice. It’s a casual place. You’ll often find us sitting at one of the tables with a laptop or talking to travelers who are staying at the hotel. Thekkady is a busy area with lots of people coming to see the park, so we see a lot of new faces every day. We don't have a formal corporate office with cubicles. It’s more relaxed than that. We spend our time talking about the local trails and where the best spots are. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a large group arrives all at once, and we’re trying to coordinate everything while the cafe is full of people having breakfast. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what we know about the area. The address at the P.O. in Kumily is easy to find if you’re driving along the bypass. We’ve lived here a long time, so we just know the roads and the woods like the back of our hands. It’s a simple life, helping people see a bit of the jungle and then heading back to the cafe for another cup of tea and a bit of a rest.
