We are located up here in Peechad, right near the Union Cardamom Hills Estate. It is a bit of a drive to get to this part of Idukki but the air usually smells like spices when the weather is right. Our office at High Range Realtors Private Limited isn't anything fancy. Most days it’s just us sitting around the desks at 1/168, Kallar. Sometimes the mist comes down so thick you can barely see the road outside. We have been in this area for a while now and most people around Kallar know where to find us if they need something. It’s a small place. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who stop by. The address is long on paper but once you are in Idukki, you just follow the main road towards the estates. We keep things pretty simple. There are no big glass walls or shiny floors here. Just some chairs, a few files, and a lot of cardamom plants nearby. Sometimes the internet is slow because of the trees and the hills, but we manage. If you are coming from the main town, it takes a bit of time. We usually have the doors open if it isn't raining too hard. It’s just how things go around here in the high ranges. We don’t do much of the big city stuff. Most of our work is just handling what comes through the door. It is a quiet life.
