We've been around Idukki for a while now, mostly working out of our spot in Mattappanayil House near Irumbupalam. Being in Mannamkkandom Village means we deal with a lot of local stuff every day. Gkin Developers Andrealtors Llp is just a small group of us trying to get things built and sorted in this part of the world. It’s not always easy with the terrain here, but we manage. My cousin started helping out last year when things got busy at the office. We spend most of our mornings checking on sites and the afternoons dealing with paperwork at the desk near Devikulam Thaluk. People know where to find us if they need a hand with land or building things. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place in Mattappanayil House where the coffee is usually cold by the time we drink it. Sometimes the rain in Idukki slows us down, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It's a lot of work, keeping track of the different plots and projects around the 685561 area. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit in the neighborhood and making sure the jobs get finished. If you're passing through Irumbupalam, you’ve probably seen our sign near the village road. We're just locals doing local work, nothing more to it than that.
