We are located in the Puthiyetaesu Tower, right near the K.S.R.T.C. Bus Stand in Thodupuzha. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. The sound of buses pulling in and out is something we’ve just accepted as part of our daily routine. Our group handles different types of concerns, so the office can get a bit hectic with different people coming in for different things. It’s a tall building, and we’ve been here long enough to know the other tenants well. The space inside is mostly filled with desks and stacks of paper because we have a lot to keep track of. It’s not a fancy corporate suite; it’s just a place where we put in our hours and get the job done. Thodupuzha is a busy town, and our location puts us right in the thick of it. We often find ourselves helping people who are just passing through the bus stand and need some information or assistance. We don’t have a polished receptionist or a marble lobby. It’s just us in a practical office space near the heart of the transit hub. Some of the furniture is a little old, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day’s work. We value being accessible to the local people who rely on us. There is always a pot of coffee going somewhere in the back.
