Jalaram Cement Article is just a small place located in Saptapadi, right across from where Apna Cinema sits. We have been here for a good while now, mostly dealing with different types of cement things people need for their homes or yards. It is not a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get our hands dirty making stuff. You can usually find us around the yard moving bags or checking on the inventory. Being near the cinema means there is always a bit of life on the street, especially in the evenings when things slow down a bit for us. We started out small and stayed that way because it works for us. Most days it is just about getting the orders ready and making sure people get what they came for without too much fuss. The weather affects how we work, especially when it rains, but we manage. We have stacks of finished items sitting out and sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job. People from the neighborhood know where we are, and they stop by when they are doing some repairs or building a small wall. It is a straightforward business, no big meetings or complicated talk. We just focus on the cement and the articles we produce right here in our spot. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are busy with the gravel and the molds. It gets busy, then it gets quiet, and we just keep going daily.
