S.M. Earth Movers is situated over at 45, Verra Paliyam. It is just a straightforward local operation that we’ve had going for some time. We aren't big on talking, we mostly just focus on the machines and the dirt. The shop at 45, Verra Paliyam is where we keep our tools and where the main work happens when we aren't out on a site. It’s a busy little corner of the area. People in Verra Paliyam know us by now. We don't use any fancy systems, just old-fashioned hard work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the engines running, but that's just how it is with earth moving. We’ve got a few pieces of equipment that we maintain ourselves. If you come by Verra Paliyam, you’ll see our gate. We started S.M. Earth Movers because there was a lot of work to be done around here and we had the right gear for it. It's not always easy, especially when the rain hits and the ground gets soft. But we keep at it. We’re just regular people trying to do a job properly. No big corporate stuff here, just a small crew at 45, Verra Paliyam. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors. If there's a hole to be dug or ground to be leveled, we’re usually the ones people call. We just try to stay honest and get the day's work finished.
