Desa Marketing

Desa Marketing is based out of Shop No.5/60 on Dr. R. P. Road. We are right in Narayan Peth, which is a busy part of the city, and being near Bhide Hospital means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise outside. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack our stock. We’ve been here for several years now, and we know most of the shopkeepers on this block. We mainly deal with local orders and people who drop in to ask questions. It’s a simple operation. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get to work on whatever orders came in the day before. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us talking to customers and making sure they get what they came for. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the narrow streets and the traffic, but we try to manage. The shelves are usually full, and sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We don’t use any fancy software to track things, mostly just notebooks and the occasional computer check. It’s worked for us so far, and we don’t see a reason to change how we do things just to look more professional. It’s just a normal shop on a normal street.
