Srinivasulu Dhandu

My name is Srinivasulu Dhandu and I run my business from Hno:9-75 in the Dullollageri area of Ibrahimpatnam. It is a small village in Dhanwada and things move slowly here. I do not have a big office or a bunch of employees to manage. It is mostly just me and sometimes a family member helping out when things get a bit too busy. I have lived in this house for a long time, so this is where everything happens for the business. I do not use any corporate language or have a big mission statement written on the wall. I just wake up and do the work that needs to be done that day. Sometimes it is a lot of work, and sometimes it is quiet. People from the village just stop by the house when they need something. We talk over tea and figure things out together. It is how we have always done it in this part of the country. I do not have a fancy sign outside, just the house number on the wall. The roads can be a bit tricky during the monsoon season, so things slow down a lot then. I keep my own records in a simple notebook and try to stay organized. It is a basic way of living and working. I do not see the need for all that polished stuff.
