Balaiah Saarla

My name is Balaiah Saarla and I am based at H No 4-77 in Polkampally. That is a small village area near Ibrahimpatanam. I have been here for a long time, and this house is where I do all my work. It is not like a regular office or a shop you would see in the city. There aren't many people around during the day because most are out in the fields or traveling to the town for work. I usually start my day with a cup of tea on the porch before getting started. The road outside 4-77 is quiet, except for the occasional tractor or a neighbor walking by. I don't really have a big staff or a mission statement to talk about. It is just me doing what I know how to do. Ibrahimpatanam is growing fast, but out here in Polkampally, things still move at a slower pace. I like the peace and quiet because it lets me focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, so I just take a break until it comes back on. Dealing with people in the village is nice because we all know each other. I don't need a lot of space or fancy things to get my work done. This house and this yard are plenty for what I need. It is just my daily life.
