Our company is based in Hafeez Baba Nager, at House Number 18-12-419/301. This part of Hyderabad near Kanchan Bagh has its own pace, and we have been part of it for a while. As developers, we spend most of our time looking at plots of land and trying to figure out how to put a building together. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is out and it’s hot on the construction sites. We work with local laborers and contractors who have been in the business for years. There is no polish to what we do; it is just about cement, steel, and getting the job finished. Our office is a functional room where we meet to talk about budgets and how long things are taking. We often have dusty clothes and look a bit tired by the end of the day. Dealing with electricity, water pipes, and all those basic building needs is what fills our schedule. Sometimes we are in the office early and out at a site by noon. It involves a lot of driving around the city and making sure everything is moving along. People come to us because we are local and we understand how things work in this part of the state. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever project is currently in front of us.
