Zicom Electronic Security System

We’re up on the fourth floor of Surya Arcade in Begumpet. Zicom Electronic Security System has been in this building for a while now, right across from the Pantaloon store. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, so there’s always something going on outside. The office itself is pretty standard. We have desks, some demo units for security systems, and a lot of paperwork. It’s not a high-end designer space; it’s just where we come to work every day. We spend a lot of time coordinating with our technicians who are out in the field. Sometimes the lift in Surya Arcade is acting up, so we get our exercise on the stairs. We’re a team that just focuses on the job at hand. We don't have a PR person writing our bios. We just want to make sure the alarms and cameras we install actually work when they’re supposed to. People know where to find us if they have a problem. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our regulars who come by, and we’re always meeting new people from the shops nearby. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk like normal people and try to be helpful. It’s a solid, local operation that keeps us busy from morning to night. We keep the fans on high to beat the heat and just focus on getting through the daily service calls. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
