Zeal Studio Architects

Our studio is right at the top in the pent house of Tejaswi Plaza. You probably know the building because Tanishq Jewellers is on the ground floor. Being in Panjagutta means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but up here it’s actually quite alright. We are a bunch of architects who spend way too much time staring at screens and drawing boards. It’s a lot of work to get a building from an idea to a finished structure. We don't use any of that corporate speak. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and space. We have rolls of blueprints everywhere and half-finished models on the tables. It’s a working studio, not a showroom. We spend our days arguing about where a wall should go or how to fix a structural issue. Most of our clients are people from the city who want to build something new or fix up an old place. We’ve been at this location for a good while. We like the view from up here, even if we are usually too busy to look at it. We just focus on the projects we have. We try to keep things honest and tell people the truth about costs and time. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but we are always here working on something. We just enjoy the process of making things.
