Down in Medchal, our daily life revolves around aluminum tubes and ladders. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city noise, which we don't mind at all. The weather out here in this part of the country can be really harsh, especially when the sun is beating down on the metal in our yard. Our workspace is very functional. It’s mostly just a large area for storing materials and a small office where we handle the orders. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. The roads leading to our place in RR District are a bit rough, so we’ve become quite good at packing our trucks so nothing rattles too much. We aren't corporate types; we’re more comfortable in our work boots than in anything formal. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm. We share tea in the mornings and talk about the work for the day. Sometimes a machine breaks down or we run low on a specific type of tubing, and we just have to figure out a solution. It’s honest, hardworking stuff. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s just about making things that help people reach higher places safely, one day at a time. It’s simple work but it keeps us grounded.
