We operate out of New Saidabad Colony in Hyderabad. Our place is at House Number 2/B. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quiet around here. We’ve been set up in this spot for a while now. Dealing with tools means there is always something moving around the shop. We aren't a massive factory, just a private limited setup that works on a smaller scale. The team knows their way around the equipment. Hyderabad is a big city but our corner feels more like a community. We see the same faces every day. There’s no big lobby or anything like that. You walk in and you see the work happening. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we just deal with it. We focus on the tasks we have for the week. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth or they just know the address in the colony. We try to be helpful when people come by with questions. The tools we handle are specific, and we take care of them. It's a straightforward business. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what's comfortable for working. We appreciate being in a spot that feels like home. It makes the long hours go by a bit faster. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the tools are ready for whoever needs them.
