Our office is C2, Pooja Plaza, which is in Vikrampuri, Secunderabad - 500009, Andhra Pradesh, India. It’s a standard office building and we’ve been in this spot for a while. Xl Energy Ltd. isn't a massive complex; we just have our space here in Pooja Plaza where we manage our operations. There are a few of us here every day, sitting at our desks and working through emails or talking on the phone. The area in Vikrampuri is quite settled, so it’s a decent place to come to work. We don't have any high-tech lounges or anything like that. It is mostly just computers, some files, and a water cooler. We deal with energy matters, which means there is a lot of data to look at and plenty of reports to write. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. Secunderabad is a busy city and you can hear the street noise even up in the office. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon when we talk. We just call it like we see it. Xl Energy Ltd. is basically a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly from our corner of Pooja Plaza. We aren't trying to change the world in a day; we just want to get through our list of tasks and do a decent job for whoever needs us.
