The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we aren't the type to wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting. Usually, it’s just jeans and work shirts. The Tirumalagiri area is convenient for getting around to different parts of Telangana when we need to visit a site. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with the crew on the ground. It’s a busy little office, and we try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. It’s just the way we work best. We have a small area in the back where we keep our tools and some of the heavy-duty gear needed for engineering inspections. There’s also a big table for checking prints before they go to the site.
