We’ve been here for a while now, and it’s become our main hub for everything we do. Import and export is a lot of waiting around for things to clear and then suddenly having to move very fast. It can be stressful, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge board of directors. We’re just a small team in an apartment office making sure our clients get what they need when they need it. Salarjung Colony is a busy place, and it feels like there is always some construction or something going on nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just stick to doing the work properly and not cutting corners. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we tell it like it is and try to fix it. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business.
