We are over in Malkajgiri at Sairam Apartments, Flat No. 402 in Sainagar. It’s a residential area in the 500047 pin code. Even though the address says Andhra Pradesh, we are right here in the mix of things. Being in an apartment means it’s a small, tight-knit group of us working together. It’s a bit more relaxed than a big office tower. We handle the local side of things for Wipro Limited. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people over the phone. We don't have a big sign outside. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our workstations. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and it feels very much like a home. We like it that way because it’s comfortable and familiar. We aren't trying to be corporate or stiff. We just do our jobs and try to stay on top of the list of things to do. The kitchen is always stocked with tea, and we take our breaks together. It’s a simple way to work. We’ve been in Sainagar for a while and the location is convenient for most of us. We just get through the tasks one by one without making a fuss about it. It’s a good, honest way to spend the work week, and we feel connected to the local life around us.
