Waar Events Pvt Ltd

We are Waar Events Pvt Ltd, based over in Khairatabad. Our office is on the 7th floor of Pavani Estates, which is right next to Shadan College. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of Hyderabad, but mostly we are looking at schedules and papers. Planning events takes up most of our time. We deal with the usual stuff like venues and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when a big event is coming up soon. We just try to stay organized. The building is easy enough to find if you are near Pavani Estates. We’ve been in the 500004 area for a bit. It’s not some huge operation with hundreds of people, just a team that knows how to put a room together. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but we manage. We handle weddings, meetings, and whatever else people need help with. It’s honest work. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just make sure the event happens without too many hiccups. If you're coming from the college side, just look for Pavani Estates. We are usually there throughout the day, unless we are out at a site setting things up. It’s a lot of physical work and planning, but we stay with it because it’s what we know how to do best.
