We started this place over in Ayyappa Society because Madhapur was getting so busy and people needed a spot for their skin issues nearby. The clinic is on Sivalayam Temple Road, right at plot 779. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from the IT parks. Inside, it's usually just us and a few patients waiting in the chairs. We spend a lot of time looking at hair problems and skin rashes that come from the dust outside. The building itself is pretty easy to find once you get on the temple road. We have a few rooms set up for different things. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork or organize the supplies in the back. Our staff lives mostly around this part of Hyderabad, so we know the local problems like the hard water issues that mess with people's hair. It’s not a huge fancy office, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes the tea lady comes by in the afternoon and we all take a quick break. Most of our day is spent checking appointments and making sure the rooms are ready for the next person who walks in from the heat.
