We are located on the first floor of Romana Plaza, which is building number 103, right in the Himayat Nagar area of Hyderabad. It’s pretty easy to find since we are right above the Axis Bank. This part of Hyderabad, in the 500029 zip code, is always congested with cars and people. Our office is a busy spot where we manage all the different pieces of the events we are working on. There is always a lot of chatter in the background, mostly people on the phone or talking to vendors who stop by. We don't have any fancy decorations in here; it’s more of a workspace where we get things done. Hyderabad is a fast-paced city, and we definitely feel that in our daily routine. We are often jumping from one task to another, trying to stay ahead of deadlines. Sometimes the lifts in the plaza are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We don't have a formal corporate structure; it’s just a group of us at Vr Event Organizers who have worked together for a long time. We know the local markets and where to get the best supplies for any occasion. It’s a lot of manual coordination and keeping track of small details that others might miss. We just show up every morning, drink our coffee, and start making the calls that keep everything moving forward. It’s just how we work.
