Vivek Constructions is located over in Ram Nagar, specifically at House No 1-9-278/27. Most locals just look for the Ram Nagar Gundu or Balaji Nagar to find their way around here. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of old houses and narrow lanes that we know like the back of our hands. We started this construction business right from this spot because we know the area so well. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building in a tech park. We work out of a regular house. You’ll usually find us looking over site plans or talking to vendors on the phone. The Hyderabad heat can be tough when we are out on a job, but this is what we do for a living. People in the 500020 area know us as the folks who are always busy with some project or another near the Gundu. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. Word usually gets around by itself when you do work in the same community for long enough. Ram Nagar has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and concrete samples everywhere, but it’s a working space, not a showroom. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the walls are straight. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through every season.
