You can find us at Flat 57, Shop 3 in Bhagyanagar Colony, which is right in the Kukatpally area. A good way to find us is to look for the SBH ATM; we are right beside it. People often stop in after getting cash because they noticed our sign. The shop is small, but we have squeezed in a good selection of frames and the eye testing equipment in the back room. It is a neighborhood spot, plain and simple. The ATM next door is always busy, so there is a constant sound of the machine whirring. We have gotten used to it. The shop floor is a bit uneven in one spot, so we tell people to watch their step. We have a small glass case for the more expensive frames, but most of our stuff is just out on the open racks where people can grab them and try them on easily. We do not like to hover over customers; we just let them browse until they need help. In the back, the eye clinic part is quite small, but it has everything we need to check your vision. We keep a calendar on the wall to track appointments, mostly written in messy handwriting. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but it keeps the heat away during the summer months in Kukatpally. We do not have any big promises to make. We just provide a place for eye checks.
