We have been operating out of Hig-212 for quite some time now. Road No 12 usually stays pretty busy, especially since we are right near the Dhanlaxmi Centre in Kukatpally. Our team focuses on various building and infrastructure projects around the city. It is mostly about the daily grind of managing sites and making sure the labor is showing up. It isn't always a smooth process and things go wrong often, but we stay busy. Local people in the neighborhood know our name. We spend most of our working hours coordinating with different site supervisors or sitting at the desks looking over messy blueprints. The office here in Kphb Colony is pretty basic. We don’t have any fancy lobbies or modern art on the walls. It is just desks, a few old computers, and piles of paper. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside makes it hard to talk on the phone, but that is just how it is in this part of Hyderabad. We handle a lot of the structural work that people don't really think about until it’s done. It is hard work and the days are long. If you happen to walk past the Dhanlaxmi Centre, you will probably see us coming and going. We have seen this area change so much over the years. New shops and buildings come up every month. We just try our best to keep up with our own project schedules. The summer heat is really something else when we are out on a site, but we keep pushing through it.
