We operate out of Hyderabad. It’s a big city and it’s always growing, so there is always something to do. We don’t have one of those fancy addresses in the tech parks. We prefer staying grounded and working where the actual action is. The city can be a bit overwhelming with the traffic and the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our team is a mix of different people who have been with us for a while. We don’t really do big meetings with PowerPoints and stuff. We usually just talk things over while having tea in the morning. It’s more efficient that way. Sometimes we’re working in one part of the city and then have to rush to another the next day. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t claim to be the biggest or anything, we just focus on getting our tasks done properly. The office is just a place to store the gear and keep the logs. Most of our time is spent out on the field, dealing with the heat and the dust. Hyderabad has changed so much since we started, but we just keep doing what we know best. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. No frills, just steady work in the city. We don't have time for fancy marketing, we just like to get our hands dirty.
