Our office is over at D.No. 1-4-22/2 in Satyanarayanapuram, right here in Vijayawada. Even though the name mentions Dundigal and Hyderabad, this is where we actually sit and handle the paperwork. It’s the house of T. Sankara Narayana Rao’s son, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business building. We’ve got our files stacked up and the ceiling fans going most of the day because Andhra gets pretty warm. People ask about the Hyderabad connection sometimes, but we just explain that our roots or other branches are there while we run things from here. It’s a busy neighborhood, lots of folks walking by, and we’re just part of the mix. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything, just a place where we manage our project details. The street can get a bit noisy during the day, but we’re used to it by now. We drink a lot of tea and look over site plans. It’s steady work. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the job we have in front of us. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to sites and making sure things are moving. We aren't out to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a lot of talk. We just want to get the work finished correctly and go home to our families.
