It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We have been working in and around Hyderabad for many years. We know the local regulations and how things actually move on the ground. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a list of corporate values. We just try to finish what we started without making too many mistakes. When things do go wrong, we just fix them and move on. That is how real work gets done. Most of our staff are local guys who have been with us since the start. We aren't looking to expand into every city in the country. We are happy right here in Mehdipatnam, doing our bit.
