Our spot is at 2-4-550 on Nallagunta Masjid Road. Being in Ramgopal Pet, Secunderabad, means we are right in the middle of all the action. This road can get pretty jammed up, but it is part of the life here. We deal with trucks and roads every single day. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we do not mind it much. We handle a lot of transport bookings. People come in with their manifests and we make sure there is a truck ready for them. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Sometimes things break down or there are delays at the state borders, and we have to fix that from here. We are not a high-tech company. We use a lot of paper and we talk to people face-to-face. The staff knows the regulars by name. We have been at this address long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. It is not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We just try to get the loads delivered without too much trouble. It is basic, hard work that keeps us busy from morning till late. There is always tea being made and someone coming in to check on a delivery. It is a typical transport office, nothing more and nothing less.
