Velsm Constructions Pvt Ltd

We are based over at KPHB in Hyderabad. Our office is the 3rd floor of the LIG 220 building in the 7th phase. Velsm Constructions Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a while now. Most days it’s quite busy around here. You can see the traffic moving and people going about their lives. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to workers. Construction is kind of a tough business because there are always so many different moving parts to keep track of. Sometimes the cement doesn't arrive or the weather turns bad and we have to stop everything. It’s frustrating but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. It’s just us. We focus on getting the buildings up and making sure they are solid. We started out with just a couple of people and a few tools. Now we have more projects on our plate but we still feel like that same small group. We eat our lunch together and talk about what needs fixing next. The office is practical, not pretty. There are stacks of blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks everywhere. We know the KPHB area well because we’ve seen it grow so much over the years. We just show up every morning and do the work that is in front of us. It is not always easy but it is what we do.
