Our shop is located at 2-2-25/1 in the Pan Bazar area of Secunderabad. If you know Secunderabad, you know Pan Bazar is a very crowded and busy place. It’s full of all kinds of shops and people looking for deals. We’ve been tucked away here for a good while. We handle various goods, mostly small items that people need for their daily lives or small businesses. It’s a narrow space and we have boxes stacked up to the ceiling sometimes. It can be a bit chaotic when a lot of customers come in at once, but we usually know where everything is. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We aren't trying to be a supermarket or anything like that. We are just a local enterprise in the heart of the market. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We start early and stay late until the market quiets down. It's a lot of manual work, moving stock and talking to suppliers. We don't have a website or anything like that; people just know our face and our location. We like being part of the local scene in Secunderabad. It’s a tough way to make a living sometimes, but it’s what we know. Just a simple shop in a busy bazar.
