Vedika Event Management

We’re over in the 500001 area of Hyderabad, running Vedika Event Management. It’s not a very big setup, just a few of us working together to organize local events. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a set of corporate values posted on the wall. We just try to be practical about how we handle things. Planning an event in a city as busy as Hyderabad means you have to be ready for anything. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going from one place to another to check on decorations or catering. It’s a lot of phone calls and making sure people actually show up when they said they would. We aren't looking to become some huge national brand. We’re happy just working here with people we know. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order extra napkins, but we always find a way to fix it before anyone notices. It’s just honest work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do because it’s mostly just about organizing and making sure things are in the right place. Most of our clients come to us because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. Every day is a bit different, but that’s what makes the job interesting for us and the people we help.
