We’ve been working out of our office at Flat 1405 in Janapriya Avenue for a while now. It's a busy spot in Satyanagar, right in the New Maruti Nagar area of Hyderabad. Most days you'll find us here just getting through the usual project paperwork and phone calls. We started Vasundhara Projects because we wanted to do things our own way in the local building scene. It isn't always easy keeping everything organized, especially with how fast Hyderabad grows, but we manage. People often drop by the office to talk about land or new builds. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we can look over plans. It's a small team here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some coffee. We mostly focus on what's right in front of us. If you're looking for us, we're up on the 14th floor. The view of the city is okay, but we're usually too busy looking at blueprints to notice it much. We've seen a lot of changes in the Satyanagar neighborhood over the years. It’s a good place to be based. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for those big flashy presentations you see elsewhere. It's just us, working hard every day to make sure the jobs get finished.
