Vastu Architects & Engineers

Our office, Vastu Architects & Engineers, is located in Laxmareddy Colony in Uppal. We are down the Sub Register Office Lane. That lane is always packed with people and parked vehicles because of the government office nearby. We have a simple setup where we do our architectural plans and engineering calculations. Vastu is a big part of what we look at, so we spend a lot of time checking directions and layouts for people's houses. It’s a regular office with some drafting tables and a few old computers that have seen a lot of use. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a building plan. Uppal is a bit on the edge of the city, but it’s a good place to be. We get people coming in from all over the nearby areas. Usually, we sit down with them, look at their plot details, and start sketching things out. It’s a lot of back and forth until we get it right. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big sales pitch. We just talk to people like normal and try to explain things in a way that makes sense. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just focusing on one drawing at a time and making sure the numbers add up.
