Vasantha Tool Crafts Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 7-24/2 on Pipeline Road in the Subashnagar area of Jeedimetla. This place is right in the heart of the industrial zone, so it’s always got that smell of metal and machine oil in the air. We’ve been operating out of this workshop for a long time. It’s a practical space designed for making tools and parts, not for hosting fancy meetings. We have several old machines that we’ve maintained ourselves over the years. They’re loud and they take up a lot of room, but they get the job done. Most of us here have grease under our fingernails by the end of the shift. We don’t really have a dedicated sales staff; usually, one of the guys from the floor will just wipe their hands on a rag and come talk to you if you stop by. Pipeline Road can be quite a mess when it rains, with all the puddles and the heavy trucks passing through, but we don’t let that stop us. We make things that are meant to last, and we don’t feel the need to dress them up with fancy packaging. Our customers are mostly other local businesses who need specific parts made to order. We just write everything down on pads of paper and get to work. It’s a simple life, and we like the feeling of actually making something with our hands.
