Jackson Elevators

Jackson Elevators is based at Plot No. 11 in Vaidehi Nagar, which is in the Vanasthalipuram area. We are right near Marichittu School, so that’s usually how people find our office. We spend a lot of our time out on job sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Elevators are complicated machines, and they need a lot of looking after. Our small team handles repairs and regular check-ups for buildings in the neighborhood. The office is mostly for storing parts, tools, and keeping track of our schedules. It’s a practical space with lots of metal components and grease rags lying around. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from word of mouth when someone’s lift breaks down and they need it fixed quickly. It’s a lot of climbing stairs when the elevator isn't working, which keeps us fit. We have to be careful with the technical details because everything has to be safe. Sometimes we get calls in the middle of the night if someone is stuck, so we have to be ready to go. The area around Vaidehi Nagar is growing, so there are more buildings with lifts appearing all the time. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure we have the right parts in stock. It’s a tough job but it’s what we know how to do. We just want to make sure the lifts in our area keep running smoothly.
