Vamsi Ram Builders

Our office is located in Joythi Estate on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills. We’re up on the sixth floor, Flat No 601 to be exact. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, being near the Kens Business Hotel and Srinagar Colony. Vamsi Ram Builders is the name on the lease. We’ve been around this area for quite a while now, watching the skyline change as more buildings go up. Our own office isn’t as flashy as some of the projects we work on. It’s mostly filled with blueprints, rolled-up drawings, and a lot of coffee mugs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office can be quiet one minute and then full of people the next. We don't have a fancy reception area with a water feature. It’s just a place to work. We’ve built up a bit of a reputation just by being around for years and finishing what we start. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad our whole lives. We know the streets and the local rules. It’s not about being the biggest builder in town for us. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It’s practical work. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if we’re all looking at a drawing, but we’ll get to you. That's just how we do things.
