Vakada Project Management Consultancy is based in Kondapur at Flat No 104 in the Shubham Blooms building. We are officially in the Rangareddi district, and the area around us has changed a lot in the last few years with all the new apartments going up. Our office is on the lower floor, which is convenient because we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time. Project management sounds like a big title, but for us, it mostly means a lot of phone calls, checking on schedules, and making sure people are doing what they said they would do. We have a few desks and a table where we look over plans and documents. It’s a busy job, and the day usually goes by pretty fast. Shubham Blooms is a nice enough place to work, and it’s quiet enough that we can actually get things done. We aren't trying to be some massive global firm; we are just a local consultancy trying to manage our projects properly. We have a lot of files and a lot of coffee, and that’s about it. There’s no marketing fluff here. We just deal with the reality of construction and management every day. Sometimes things go wrong on a project, and we just have to sit down and figure out a way to fix it. That is just how it goes for us.
