Down on the ground floor of Saibaba Estates in Uma Nagar, that’s where you’ll find our clinic. Begumpet is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. The space isn't huge, but we’ve got different rooms set up for the doctors who come in. We get all sorts of people walking in, from kids with fevers to office workers from nearby who need a quick checkup. It’s mostly just a regular day-to-day operation here. The tiles on the floor are a bit old, but we keep them scrubbed. We’ve been in this part of Uma Nagar for some time, so most of the locals know where to find us. It’s easy to get to because it’s on the ground floor, so nobody has to worry about stairs or elevators breaking down. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit noisy when it's full, but that’s just how it goes in a city like this. We have a small desk at the front where we keep the files and take down names. It isn't a fancy hospital with bright lights and chrome everywhere, just a practical clinic where we try to see everyone as they come. We mostly deal with common stuff, prescriptions, and basic exams. People seem to like that they can just drop in without a whole lot of ceremony. It's just a bunch of us working to keep the neighborhood healthy without any extra fluff or corporate attitudes.
