If you head down to Champapet, you’ll find us at 12268. It’s a large warehouse space because mattresses take up a lot of room. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. The air in here always smells like fresh foam and fabric. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights; it's mostly just stacks of mattresses ready to be loaded onto the delivery trucks. It can get quite hot during the summer months, but the high ceilings help a bit. Most of our day is spent moving heavy items and checking the stitching on the covers. We aren't some big brand with commercials on TV. We just supply to local shops and some individual buyers who find us through their neighbors. The street outside is usually busy with people heading into the city, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. Sometimes we have to deal with a machine breaking down or a late delivery of raw materials, which throws the whole day off. But we just deal with it and keep going. We have a small corner for an office where we keep the receipts and the phone. It's a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We just make sure the foam is cut right and the packing is secure before anything leaves the building. It is a lot of heavy lifting but we enjoy the work.
