Our office is over in Madhapur, right near the Westin Hotel in Mind Space. It’s a very busy spot, especially with all the office buildings around Building No 9. We do event planning here. Mostly, we help companies and people nearby get their parties or meetings organized without too much fuss. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for a bit now. It’s not a huge setup with hundreds of employees, just a few of us working together. We handle the logistics and the heavy lifting for the setup. Sometimes it’s a corporate dinner for a tech firm, other times it’s something personal like an anniversary. We know how things work in the Mind Space area, which helps. Parking can be a real pain around here, but we usually manage to get our equipment in. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency, we just want to do the job right. We use local suppliers for almost everything. If you need some help with an event, we’re right here in the neighborhood. No fancy brochures or big promises that sound too good to be true, just real work. We spend a lot of time on our feet moving things around. The office is often a bit messy with cables and notebooks lying everywhere. That’s just how it is when you’re planning things. We’ve done quite a few setups in the nearby buildings. It's nice seeing the same faces around the tea stalls. Madhapur keeps us on our toes.
